2. WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT ON RETURNS?
We are happy to process returns 14 days from the date of purchase. We can also process or help guide you through processing manufacturer’s warranties against manufacturer’s defects. Please contact our store by email info@hiseasstore.com .

4. I DON’T LIVE NEAR THE HISEAS ONLINE STORE. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

b) Please contact us at info@hiseasstore.com concerning your return to reduce delays in processing. All returns made without prior authorization will warrant a restocking fee of 20% your purchase price.

Your return will be looked over for wear and tear and if it looks like it did when we shipped it to you, your refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed within 7 days of being delivered to Hiseas Online Store. You will be notified by email when it is complete.
5. WHAT IF I HAVE WORN/USED THE ITEM?
That depends. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can contact us to see if it may be covered by a separate warranty from the manufacturer. In this case, you can return the item and we are happy to assist you through this process. Worn/used items cannot be returned unless you live near our brick and mortar store and opt to re-sell your item through our consignment process.
6. WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN A GIFT THAT DOESN’T SUIT ME?
This is a bit of a tricky, logistic-type situation for online sales. Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund to the person who purchased your gift.
